Catheter Tube

Catheter Tube medical device
Medical business is progressing day and day with new and enhanced quality products that complement a lot in treatment techniques. Catheter tube is one such modified set from ancient times that made lots of possibilities in curing and supporting diverse treatments.

This is actually a hollow material that can be inserted into human body for draining and injecting fluids. The thorough activity of insertion of this hollow pipe is known as catheterization. The size of the pipe varies from very small to large ones and can be employed inside the body for temporary or stable purposes. Heart catheter is mainly used for opening a vein or an artery inside or next to the heart and for checking the blood, pressure and oxygen which helps in detecting the malfunctioning of heart valves. Inserting it along with an X-ray tool employs the alternative of visualizing the process happening inside the heart. Drainage catheter is utilized for draining fluids from certain body parts mainly from lungs, chest and spinal columns. And it is also used for treating the cyst from infections and swellings. Foley catheter mainly deals with the treatment of kidney diseases for clearing the fluids and different wastes from the bladder. Another crucial activity related to this is catheter marking which is mainly utilized in handling with cardiovascular diseases. The laser beams are used in this activity and has a comfortable range of chance in health industry. Medical device contract manufacturing industries are widely acknowledged by the health industry with the varied reach of product availability within the committed point of project. Different supporting products required for the treatment procedures are provided by this industry.

Laser marking services

Laser marking services and tools
In the present scenario any industry is based on automation. Manufacturing, product development, quality control all are based on automation system. The system is reliable and save production time, thus results in increased output. Business requirements are strongly influence by system, as it requires fine products at fast rates. These integrated systems provides better solutions that are customizable.
Pad printing and laser marking processes are purely based on automation, since they use computer and control systems for printing process. Pad printing is mainly used for decorative purposes in materials such as plastic, wood, metals, glass etc and the process involves conversion of 2D image on to a 3D surface. This can be applied to any 3D object despite of its size, shape, material etc and is considered as a wet process. It has wide application in medical and electronic industries providing versatile look to special products. In this process 2D image from printing plate is transferred into 3D object. Silicon can make fine print without any image distortion, so they are broadly used for printing process. Ink based on solvent can enhance printing quality. Logos as well as complex designs with multiple colors can be printed with the process. Laser marking is another printing process other than pad printing. It is widely used for making markings in soft and hard metals. Usually markings are done with lasers. Laser marking system is adopted in many industries for marking brand name of their companies. Process utilize precise marking machines, so they are better option for fast and accurate markings. Laser technology based marking systems combine the features such as stability, speed and performance, so they have well acceptance in present competitive world. Printing processes can make great impact in industrial as well as world market.

Simple laser marking tools

Types of laser marking tools
Surface marking on metals and non metals is done by means of marking tools. Marking helps to distinguish a company from another . A company logo with alphabet, number and various graphical shapes are the most commonly used marks. The tools used for suitable marking are marking stamps, blocks, punches and dies; for permanent, neat and precise marking stencil, engraving tools, stamping tools and embossing tools are used. Permanent and high definition marking on metals such as zinc and steel as well as non metals such as plastic is made possible using hand or machine marking. Certain industrial application such as cutting, marking, stamping, embossing and engraving can be done by laser marking which provide a simple and precise marking technique. Special software's are designed for computer aided marking.
laser marking is done by a complex and technical technique using lasers to engrave, etch or mark an object wherein movement of laser head is determined by computer systems. Engraving is a method of incising a mark or design with the help of engraving tools. They produce a cut or design when being pressed. As intense it penetrates as wider line it produces. Engraving tools with unique and recognizable quality marks can be differentiated based on steady, clean and deliberate form.
Computer controlled laser engraving technique gives a simple and flexible engraving.

Laser engraving

Laser engraving tools
For high speed design of characters, logos, graphics, barcode and 2D matrix marking, Laser marking machine is employed . The machine has a laser, controller and a surface. The laser beam is generated from the pencil, whose movement is controlled by the computer controller, and the surface chosen depends on the application of laser drawing. The laser beam can remove metal from a surface quite easily. The metal erosion takes place due to the intense heat developed by the beam. By programming the controller, different shapes of complex shape and design pattern can be generated and engraved. Since, the position of the pencil is known by the controller, there is no need to add barriers to the surface to prevent laser from deviating from the prescribed path. Very accurate and decorative drawings can be made easily by adding a laser table to the machine. The ability to operate in vector and raster mode brings out vey accurate printing results.
Another printing technique is the Laser marking. When this practiced on metal or alloyed surfaces, it is called as laser engraving. The technique does not involve the use of inks or any kind of tools, but a sharp laser beam is concentrated on the surface to create that design or marking. Replacement is not required as there is no ink or tool used in this method. Surfacing techniques like printing, hot branding and laser bonding comes under this. Natural materials like wood and rubber, plastics, metals, alloyed compounds, stone and glass can be subjected to this technique. With accurate speed, focusing and power of the laser beam, very excellent results can be easily achieved. Also, it finds wide applications in jewelry and fine arts.
